Its wonderful if we can get back into time and seeback the childhood. The fragrance of the happiest of all seen/experienced in the past is something that imprints permanently in memory. The little cute, innocent, coward character that I adore very much is that of Swami (played brilliantly by Manjunath) created by the most versatile Indian writer R.K. Narayan. Telecasted by DD, when I was as young as Swami, added to the relishing no-work-all-play Sundays (some videos available in google videos).

I really use to like those episodes. and malgudi's tune .. "tanana tana nana naaaaa" .. is my mobile's ring tone from the time i purchased it.
